Pam Danyluk
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Senior Project Engineer, PM, P.Eng
Pam tripped over strengths-based development concepts in the spring of 2017 and has not been the same since. After almost 2 decades as a project leader in the cyclic unpredictable oil and gas industry, Pam wanted a new way to articulate her unique approach to project leadership. Completing her CliftonStrengths assessment opened the door to understanding her talents and articulating them to others. Always the round peg in the square hole, she can now express her talents in the genuine, authentic way she always wanted.

Pam’s life passion is to leave the world a better place than when she found it. By sharing her experience with CliftonStrengths and coaching in strengths-based development, she is helping others identify their potential and harness their strengths to meet their goals.

Pam has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering and is a P.Eng member of APEGA in Alberta. She balances her pursuit of Gallup Strengths Coaching certification and continued strengths development with being a part time Project Engineer and a full time wife and mother.
